I love the holiday's! They are such a beautiful time of year, filled with family, friends, and love. I was so excited for Christmas this year, I made a list like in March of all the things I was going to do, but the month has just flown by and we have not done all the things that I wanted to do. But as I sat around a cried ( not literally) about how I'm not going to get to do all the things on my list, I realized that I have spent everyday with Archer and Dustin, and family is one of the most important things to me and I am so grateful that I have them in my life especially at this time of year. But we have really been able to do some really fun things this month. My sister celebrated her birthday on the 3rd, and instead of making the day all about her which people normally do, she had a birthday party for the kids. We played musical chairs, pin the star on the tree and made candy trains and houses. It was so much fun. I love my sister she is such a wonderful person and great example to me and my family! Love you Haywer!!!
A couple Saturday's ago Archer and I went to Christmas at Hemming Village, where we got to sit on Santa's lap and go on a sleigh ride. Archer loved it all except for Santa he was a bit freaked.
Also this month my baby is now 16 months. I cannot believe it! The time has flown by so fast, and I have loved every second of it. (maybe not the seconds at 2 o'clock in the morning as much) He is such a wonderful little boy. Things that he is doing now is talking up a storm, saying words like mom, dad, blue, yellow, purple, shoes, hot, thank you, please, help me, and so many more. He is walking and almost running and throwing and catching and kicking balls. Any light he sees he goes "Oooooooo", and loves making crazy faces and making you make one too. He is like Dustin in every way, but every once in a while he does something that is totally me. He has crazy curls that go everywhere and the cutest little smile that warms you from the inside out. If I knew that everyone of my kids would be like Archer I would have 50.
